Who qualifies?

How do I get screened?

Contact GCF after obtaining a physician referral. Depending on your physician’s instructions, we will direct you to a low-cost diagnostic center in your area, if available.

How much does it cost?

Typically, these types of diagnostic services cost hundreds of dollars, however through our program you will only be required to pay a small co-pay donation. Call for details.
