Angel Closet

Angel Closet is a Georgia Cancer Foundation program for women who have undergone a mastectomy or who are receiving chemotherapy treatments. Angel Closet provides breast prostheses and mastectomy bras—including fittings by a certified breast fitter—wigs, turbans, hats, and scarves. All items and services are given at no charge, thus easing the financial burdens that are often associated with receiving cancer care.

Angel Closet offers support to women during this trying time in their lives by providing them the tools they need to feel confident in a warm and comfortable atmosphere

Georgia Cancer Foundation—based in Atlanta—provides education, early detection, and support for Georgia residents affected by all types of cancer. Through its innovative programs and extensive support group network, the Foundation caters to newly diagnosed patients, those currently undergoing care, and survivors—as well as those in need of low-cost early detection.
