Drink Wine, Eat Dinner, Fight Cancer

Georgia Cancer Foundation Presents “Uncork a Cure for Cancer” Wine Tasting and Dinner Event at Muss & Turner’s June 22

Fighting cancer has never been so easy – or delicious. Georgia Cancer Foundation (GCF) presents “Uncork a Cure for Cancer” wine tasting and dinner event Sunday, June 22, from 5-8 p.m., at Muss & Turner’s in Smyrna (1675 Cumberland Parkway, Suite 309).

Enjoy live jazz by Lamont’s Music Expressions Jazz Trio, featured wines by Big Tattoo, 2 Brothers, and Catena (all from Billington Wines), and a wine raffle. Tickets for the event are $50 each and include tasting of eight wines and dinner.

“Billington Wine holds a very special place in our hearts,” said Rudy Morgan, GCF Executive Director. “Like many Georgians, they’ve been personally affected by cancer and have made it their mission to give back to the cancer community as much as possible.”

Billington Wines is dedicated to giving back to the community. Fifty cents from every bottle sold goes to charities benefiting the community where the wine is sold. All bottles sold in the state of Georgia benefit Georgia Cancer Foundation to support their programs and services.

“We’ve long enjoyed our partnership with GCF, as, like too many Georgians, we’ve had personal experience with cancer,” said Kevin Milman, Southeastern Representative of Billington Wines. “It seems to touch everyone.”

Seating will be limited. Please purchase tickets early through PayPal or call 770-640-5529.
